VMWare Server 2.0.2 recognizes only 1 of 2 phisical CPU

Hi readers,

i've got a big problem on 3 DELL PE R610 with  2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5520 @ 2.27GH .....

VMWare Server 2.0.2 recognize only 1 CPU x 8 Cores (from GUI), instead of 2 CPU.

There's any solution?
