Communication Between Virtual Machine and Host

Here is my VM ware infrastructure. I have set this up on my Personal laptop which has a good configuration.

My host environment in Windows vista (it has oracle 10g and VM Ware server 3.0 installed). I created 2 VM on the server, on with Windows XP and other with Red Hat Linux 5.1. I had installed an Oracle 10g client on the Windows XP VM. i am able to sart the Virtual Machines and work on it.

Is there a way to make the Oracle client on the Windows XP VM connect to the Oracle Server running on the Host. What are the steps?
