VMWare Server 2 and Windows 7 x64 Wired/Wireless Connection issue

Hi I've been working on this problem for a bit and I hope that someone can chime in on something that I may have missed.  Here is my setup.

Windows 7 Pro x64 - Fully Patched.

     Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.06MP1

VMware Server 2.0.0

I installed VMware Server while I was at home and on Wireless.  I then built up a Windows XP vm and this VM can access the Internet w/o any issues.  When I brought my workstation to work, I found that my vm gets an IP address from my DHCP server.  DNS/WINS also appear to come down properly.  The problem is that I anything other than ping doesn't work.  I can ping the DNS servers and the DNS servers can ping my VM.  Nslookups don't work however.  Even trying to access the vm's C$ via IP address doesn't work. Note - I already manually configured vmnet0 to use my LAN NIC.  In addition, My physical LAN NIC is configured to use the VMware Bridge Protocol.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
