How to access a powered on VM on VW Server?

Hi,

I have a propably very simple problem.

I converted a VM Player CentOS VM machine into a VM Server one on a win7/64 host system.

I had expected that I see the guest system starting when I power it on but

it doesn't seem to work like this.

Can someone tell me please how  I can access the machine?
