How to convert Win2000 server

Dear All

I have a virtual machine instance of win2000 server running on an earlier verision of VmWare server 1.0.1.

I really would like to run this on the newest version of VmWare Server 2.0.2.

I have tried just to copy the files to the new VmWare Server 2.0.2. datastore but i get the error that it was not able to lock the file.

I have also tried to use the WmVare converter but i dosn't seems to work with Win2K

Any Ideas?
