Using Virtual Servers and Mutiple GPUs

Hello All,

Is it possible to say... put together a few virtual servers with multiple GPUs that will virtualize around 18 PCs and then assign them around 4 monitors a piece by assigning each virtualized computer one of the GPUs?

Trying to put together a simulator type trainer using as little computing hardware as possible but keeping the numerous monitors. The monitors are touchscreen and essential.

Any ideas?
