Anyone got errors when VMWare Server 2 starts?

I notice that everytime VMWare Server 2 (host is Windows Server 2003) starts, I got an error message within the task (lowest pane) for every VM in the inventory.  The error message in detail is like this:

Register Virtual Machine

Task ID:   Folder.registerVm

Target:    vm

Status:    Error

Triggered At:  <a time>

Trigered By: <admin account>

Completed At: <the same time as above>

Description:

Adds an existing virtual machine to the folder

Error:

The specified key, name, or identifier already exists.

Has anyone  ever seen this?  Any idea why?  I've no idea what it's talking about: Add to folder? What specified key?

What's curious is that the messages appear as tasks instead of events!

I've found another similar thread at  http://communities.vmware.com/message/1133212 but nobody replied.
