Hello,
I am trying to create a VMware image in server 2.0.2 for ubuntu 10.10 (32-bit) desktop based on an iso file I downloaded.
I run vmware server on windows 7.
Everything works out pretty well until I hit the username password screen that is part of the ubuntu installation. I can fill in all the details
but the problem is that the forward button presented never gets active so I can't proceed although the bottom line of the screen
notes "ready when you are" !.. So I can't do this installation - anyone any ideas?
p.s. used the same setup to install ubuntu 10.10 server (32-bit) and this caused no problems
