Could guest OS identify LUN(disk) that assign from openfiler?

Hello buddy:

      I use VM2 install openfiler and assign LUNs to gest Vritual machines also created by VM2. The question is  Does that guest OS can identify LUNs

from openfiler vutrial machine ?
