Hi,
I have an issue with two of our server VMs that had recenly had snapshots taken. The original problem was we were getting the error "The parent virtual disk has been modified since the child was created" Managed to resolve this by modifying the CID values for each vmdk file.
Now i do not get this error message anymore, but a different one
"The virtual machine just suffered a stack fault in kernel mode. On a real computer, this would amount to a reset of the processor. It can be caused by an incorrect configuration of the virtual machine, a bug in the operating system, or a problem in the VMware ESX Server software. Press OK to reboot virtual machine or Cancel to shut it down"
I have attached a copy of the logfile. If anyone has any ideas please let me know as i am new to ESX.
Thanks
