Problem with VMware Host Agent

Hello everybody,

I still have a problem with my VMware Server 2.0.1

I installed it on a Windows  7 pro 32 bits

I'm one of the administrator of the network

and I installed it as an admin so I don't really know where this problem come from.

But Host Agent still not started even if I choose "automatic or Manual" ( See the attach files)

Of course I cannot log in the Web Access

Please tell me what can I do because I'm stuck since yesterday
