Cannot set-up bridged networking (teamed NIC on host)

Hello,

I am using VMWARE Server 2.0.2 (latest version). I installed Windows Server 2008 64-bit on the VM and set-up my network adapter as "bridged".

The problem is that I don't have Internet access and I cannot connect to this VM from a workstation in the network through Remote Desktop utility.

Note: I tried to use "NAT" networking and in this case I have Internet access, however I could not see the VM from the network. I asked for help on the forums and the solution provided was to use "bridged" rather than "NAT".

On my host (Windows Server 2003 64-bit) I have teamed NICand this seems to be the issue. Can anybody advise how should I configure these teamed network cards or maybe is there a KB article that can provide a solution?
