Can't get multiple subnets to work

I have a VM Host running on Server 2008 R2 and 4 guests (3 Linux servers and 1 XP Client) and only 1 physical NIC installed. Linux01 and Linux02 are on the 10.2.1.0/24 network and Linux3 and XP1 are on 10.2.2.0/24 networks. I can ping Linux01 and Linux02 from the host, but I can't ping the other 2. Also, strangely I'm able to ping Linux03 from XP1 and vice versa, but I can't ping them from my Host.

Here's my configs, any help is appreciated:

Host NICS

Physical NIC: 192.168.1.1/24

VMWare VMnet1: 10.2.1.1/24 (mapped to VMnet1)

VMWare VMnet2: 10.2.2.2/24 (mapped to VMnet2)

VMWare VMnet8: 192.168.98.1 (mapped to VMnet8)

Guest NICS

Linux01 - 10.2.1.101/24 (Host only)

Linux02 - 10.2.1.102/24 (Host only)

Linux03 - 10.2.2.1/24 (Host only)

XP1 - 10.2.2.100/24 (Host only)

DHCP: Disabled

NAT: Disabled
