How to start VMs after reboot of the VMWare Server host (Windows 2008 R2 64-bit)

Hi,

I have 3 VMs running on the Windows 2008 Server R2 (64-bit) - Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 SE and SCO Unix 5.0.5.

The virtual machines don't start automatically after reboot of the host. The option to allow virtual machines to start and stop with the system is on.  The delay for each VM is 120 sec.  All VMware services start just fine after reboot but I have to login to the console and start all VMs manually.
